I am proudly offering a face-to-face, perinatal support group, hosted by the Scarsdale Public Library in Scarsdale, NY.
This free, weekly 1.5 hour support group includes education on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, community and national resources, weekly perinatal mood assessments, and lots of time for group members to give and receive support.
This group is open to the public. You do not have to be a resident of Scarsdale to join our support community.
