Women's Mental Health With Andrea Glover

What to Expect

I’m excited that you are contemplating getting the support that you so deserve. Making the first call can feel intimidating if you don’t know what to expect. I’m here to take the mystery out of getting started in my therapy practice.

Step one: Contact me by email or phone. I will do my best to call by the end of the same business day.

Step two: I will reach out to you by phone to provide a free 15-minute clinical consultation. This call allows you the opportunity to share what your goals are and for us to discuss how I might partner with you to reach those goals.

Step three: Schedule an initial appointment for us to meet in my office or through my HIPPA compliant virtual platform. Our initial session will be one hour with 45 minute follow-up
sessions.

Step four: After our session I will send you an invoice. Once paid, I will electronically submit your claims if you have Out of Network mental health coverage through your insurance carrier.

You deserve to feel well.

I want to break through the stigma and shift the view that seeing a therapist means there is “somethings wrong”, but rather view it as a sign of health.

No, you are not “crazy”, but life events, hormone shifts, shifts in roles, kids heading off to college, balancing work-life and family, and interpersonal relationship conflicts can take its toll on us psychologically and interpersonally.

As a psychotherapist, educator, coach, and medical social worker, I use a strength-based, interpersonal, system-oriented, and trauma-informed approach in her work. I meet my clients where they are at and incorporate psychoeducation and tool building for my clients and their supporters based on the client’s treatment goals. My clients have appreciated my humor, energy, warmth, passion, holding and listening skills, and experience that I bring to each session.
