Andrea Glover, LCSW, PMH-C

I bring extensive expertise in cross-cultural mental health, offering a wide array of support services to individuals and families. My practice encompasses psychotherapy, psychoeducation, couple’s counseling, coaching, and consultation, catering to adults, older adolescents, and couples navigating various life challenges.

In addition to my practice, I consult At Carrot Fertility serving as a Fertility Mental Health Clinical Consultant, conducting Expert Chat Sessions and facilitating psychoeducational support groups tailored for individuals undergoing fertility treatments and embarking on paths to family formation. My commitment to women’s health underscores a compassionate approach to addressing significant life transitions with specialized support.

Background

I earned my master’s degree from San Francisco State University and have practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area for over three decades. Recently, I relocated to New York, where I am licensed to practice. Additionally, I hold licenses in California and Connecticut.

My expertise includes a certification in perinatal mental health (PMHC) and specialized training, including the 2023-2024 Fertility Counseling Postgraduate Course by Kristy Koser, PhD, and Laura Covington, PhD. I have also completed the Core 1 module in Reproductive Mental Health through the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and accumulated over 100 hours of continuing education in perinatal, reproductive, and menopausal mental health.
