I have extensive experience working cross culturally with men, women, and older adolescents from a wide range of ethnic, racial, cultural, religious/spiritual groups, and sexual orientations. I provide psychotherapy, psychoeducation, coaching and consultation to adults, older adolescents, and families in individual sessions, in family sessions, in psychotherapy groups and in community-based support groups.
In addition to my private practice, I work with Carrot Fertility which is the leading global fertility benefits provider for employees and health plans. I serve as the Fertility Mental Health Clinical Consultant, providing Expert Chat Sessions to persons going through fertility treatments and or on a family forming journey.
I received my master’s degree from San Francisco State University and practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than three decades before relocating to New York. I am licensed to practice in New York, California and Connecticut. I hold a certification in perinatal mental health (PMHC), have successfully completed Core 1 in Reproductive Mental Health through the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, and have over 100 hours of continuing education in the fields of perinatal, reproductive, and menopausal mental health.
