In addition to my practice, I consult At Carrot Fertility serving as a Fertility Mental Health Clinical Consultant, conducting Expert Chat Sessions and facilitating psychoeducational support groups tailored for individuals undergoing fertility treatments and embarking on paths to family formation. I earned my master’s degree from San Francisco State University and have practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area for over three decades. Recently, I relocated to New York, where I am licensed to practice. Additionally, I hold licenses in California and Connecticut.
My expertise includes a certification in perinatal mental health (PMHC) and specialized training, including the 2023-2024 Fertility Counseling Postgraduate Course by Kristy Koser, PhD, and Laura Covington, PhD. I have also completed the Core 1 module in Reproductive Mental Health through the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and accumulated over 100 hours of continuing education in perinatal, reproductive, and menopausal mental health.
